Vegan chocolate chocolate-chip blueberry cake

1 1/4 cups stone-ground whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp lemon juice
handful of chocolate chips
handful of blueberries

Method:

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients together in a 2-cup measuring cup. Combine the two and pour into a parchment paper-lined 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
